We hold information for various people within your organisation such as Managers, Accounting Personnel an general contact information. This information may include details such as name, job title, email address, telephone and fax numbers. As we make and accept payments via bank transfer we hold customers’ and suppliers bank details and payment history.
The above information is only used for business purposes such as sending enquiries, quotations, invoices, orders, remittances and queries.
Redditch Gears & Engineering Ltd. do not sell or share, for marketing purposes our suppliers and customers details.
All personal data is processed and stored securely for no longer than is necessary for our performance of a contract with you and to comply with any regulatory requirements.
To comply with the new GDPR regulations we require you to consent to us holding your data. If you are happy for us to retain your information, you need take no action. If we do not hear from you in writing we will assume that your are happy for us to hold this information.
